What's the hypothesis?

We think that current methods of training are largely broken. Sheep dip training, where you are immersed in an expensive rigid pre-planned training course, is not effective and should become a thing of the past. We believe that developers should take control and responsibility for their professional education and we want to provide a training option to support that.
